The class is very relaxed and, informal, and Susi is great at giving instruction so you can follow her. She has a lovely calming presence and makes everyone feel welcome. I'm really impressed with her knowledge and skill of yoga. It has helped me sleep better too.”

She has also taught me lots about nutrition so I have lost over a stone. I feel really well since I began working with her, the best I've felt in years. My 2 teenage daughters have also been for stress and period pain. She is wise and funny and I recommend her to anyone with health issues.”
