“Fantastic food in the most unassuming place and location. The whole experience was smooth and food wasn't too spicy. What they have classed as 3 peppers out of 5 - I found rather mild. Really like the medium of building your own custom plate. It's a novelty, but very refreshing idea and gives you opportunity to taste a few things at once without spending crazy money on a single meal.”

“Helen street chippy is a fantastic chip shop in peel green. Located on the corner on Helen street. Parking is street parking only but I've never had an issue finding a place. The staff are nice. There's a cold drinks fridge at an average price. The chips are lovely. Two types of curry sauce. Always hot and tasty food. Would recommend and I'm a regular customer here”

“Always have a laugh in here with the family serving. Convenient with good stock and decent prices for a local store. Usually just buy my milk and the odd chocolate fix but essentials there too and open when they say they will be. Would love it if they started doing more services like evri and yodel but have recently got an inpost outside so that’s a start :)”

I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely. “Had the King Kebab. Wonderful. Could easily feed 4 or 5. Everything was so fresh and tasty and it even had Onion Bhajis and roasted peppers on a bed of chips and naan bread. Their own chilli sauce had a real kick and it came with a separate salad, and sauces. Delivery was quick and guy was very pleasant. Recommend for a great treat.”
