“My experience at Undone470 was fantastic. I originally called and explained I needed guidance as I hadn't had my hair coloured for a long time. Patrick was very understanding and booked me with Shauna and Jenny. When I went to my appointment, I was so pampered. The team really knows how to look after their customers. I was very happy with my hair but wasn't sure about the way the colour turned out. Shauna wasn't happy with it so she asked me to come back for it to be redone. And again, I was pampered and the final result was amazing. Excellent customer service from beginning to end, I cannot recommend this team enough!”

“The best barbershop I've been to. I will never go anywhere else. Been going for a few years and every time the haircut and beard trim has been spot on. Tony is my regular barber. He takes his time and has a lot of patience with me as I'm always asking for little changes after he's already put in a lot of work. You get exactly what cut you ask for which is usually a rarity for a lot of other barbers. All of the staff are relaxing to be around, and have some funny conversations which never fail to make me laugh. The atmosphere is great and the shop is designed well inside which makes you feel like you're in good hands.”

“I had a deluxe pedicure and it was hands down, the best ive ever had! Gaia was brilliant with the chiropody,and Annalisa did a beautiful Polish on my toes. The manager Marissa was lovely too and made sure everything ran smoothly. In true calamity jane style,I accidentally pressed a button on the chair and it tipped the spa bath over and ended with a flood. All the team came to the rescue and were lovely about it. They laughed and kept the atmosphere light and funny. Thankyou ladies. I will definitely be a regular - if they will have me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND......”

I’ve loved our appointments as she is friendly and fun but also a very good listener. Every session is great. She has a good range of colours. She’s just started pedicures too. “I had a spray tan before a weekend away. The service was very discreet and I felt very comfortable. The tan itself lasted so well in the pool and the sea. My tan had been applied really evenly, it was a great colour, and not orange in anyway. Other friends had got spray tasa else where and they just did not compare! “Both my kids (1 1/2 and 3 1/2 years old) currently attend SCAMPs and they love it. The staff are very professional, caring to the children and friendly to us as parents. There are always so many different activities for the children to do including a good balance of creative, physical, musical activities etc. You can follow the progress of your children through their learning journals and continual feedback is given daily. There is plenty of outdoor space for the children and they have recently done up the outside with some new play installations. They are always looking for ways to improve which is a great culture to have. The setting on the edge of the park is lovely and great for the kids to watch the lawn mowers and 'tractors!'”

The end of year performance of The Sound of Music was just amazing, super professional with great casting and so much talent!
