Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The studio was clean and modern. There was also plenty of choice on jewellery for my piercing. Valerie did my helix piercing efficiently and pretty much painlessly. She gave me options for the placement of my piercing which was great. She was so kind and lovely aswell. But once that's completed and you give them what they need then it will get sorted and delivered straight away. And for the messages, sometimes a day or two to respond but they don't have 8 arms.
