“This establishment is an ABSOLUTE diamond in terms of food quality and staff. I have to say, this place serves the BEST bacon sandwich ever. Beautiful thick sliced doorstop bread, top quality bacon cooked to exactly how you like it, perfect crispy. Brown sauce. Their coffee is really really really good!! “Elite chinese! Just switched to here after 20 years at another local one (Happy House). The food is great although It’s getting little bit expensive with large chips going over £4 but it’s the best in the area. The people that work there are very professional and friendly.”

“The Hesketh is hands down the best place for a Sunday roast! I had the chicken roast and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy chicken with crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire pudding, and rich gravy that tied everything together beautifully. The portions were generous, the presentation spot on, and the flavours reminded me of a proper homemade Sunday dinner, only better! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the team really take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for the perfect Sunday roast in the area, The Hesketh is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next week !”

“Superb food, friendly helpful staff, what more could you ask for? Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”
