I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

I can be quite nervous when getting dental treatment, Julian talked me through everything, answered any questions I had and explained what was happening throughout. Lucy was fantastic in offering me support, words of encouragement and a hand to hold when needed.
