“We were looked after by Felix who was very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and we were kindly given christmas bubbly and a happy birthday tiramisu as it was an 80th birthday celebration. Will definitely return. Perfect venue for pre bridgewater Hall meal as its literally a 3 minute walk and there's a reasonably priced small ncp car park opposite ginos too.”

“Their kobida with naan was perfect — juicy, well-seasoned, and the naan fresh and just soft enough to soak up all the flavors. The chicken shawarma had that smoky, tender texture I look for, and the chicken tikka with rice was excellent: moist pieces of chicken, fragrant spices, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. “Visited on Wednesday 1st October 2025, approx 7pm, not busy. This was our first time at the Cinnamon Tree, my partner and I were staying overnight nearby and flying the following morning. The food was very tasty, good and plentiful choices on the menu. Price was what you would expect to pay at a normal restaurant (not expensive). Staff were all very friendly. Tried Bangla beer for the first time and it was lovely. Thoroughly recommend.”

It was a weekday so not so busy we got a table straight away. You think it can't get better. It does. The pie was amazing, mash was amazing and gravy was amazing too. “I am from Arizona, but I served a Mormon mission here back in 1980 and this was the one place that had the best burgers in the world better than any that I have in America. And so literally I’ve been coming back for 43 years to this same place and same location. Their hamburgers and onion rings are second to none. And the lady that’s been serving us has been there 27 years, that’s crazy. When we bring my kids over and grandkids this is their favorite stop, we purchase takeout and then we walk across the street to the picnic tables and enjoy the best burgers around.”

“Open for 2months, were went for the first time and everyone loved it. We were quick to be seated, staff very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed the meal, the settings are very plush and modern. Will be back with bigger family. Mixed started flavours were spots on, the Sanah special burger was tasty and the naan were some of the best around. Bit pricey but you certainly worth it.”

“First class! I booked here for my 50th birthday and had a great time. The manager had kindly decorated the tables so that it felt like a party. Even though our tables had to be socially distant they still made or feel special. The food was good excellent. They had made platters of mixed starters for each table that were huge portions and delicious. Everyone was really happy with their main courses. The calzone is enormous! The octopus pasta superb! I can’t thank them enough for the service, welcome and food. I think I’ll be a regular in future!”

We had some pizza and pasta dishes - genuinely some of the best Italian food we've had in a long time. So much better than a generic chain restaurant.
