Totally spotless and the most amazing thing was the great service and friendliness of the lovely lady who works there. ( blonde plaited pony tail ) Thank you so much . “We were looked after by Felix who was very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and we were kindly given christmas bubbly and a happy birthday tiramisu as it was an 80th birthday celebration. Will definitely return. Perfect venue for pre bridgewater Hall meal as its literally a 3 minute walk and there's a reasonably priced small ncp car park opposite ginos too.”

“There are a limited number of parking places available very close to the restaurant on the main road and we were very lucky to get one just outside the fire station. We were welcomed very warmly and the waitress immediately offered to open the wine we had brought as you can bring your own wine with no corkage charge! We were also offered a jug of tap water which came with ice and lemon. For starters we had the Pasha baba Ghanouj, Chicken Bourak and Kibbeh Makli and all of them were excellent with the baba Ghanouj being one of the best we'd had - even better than in Istanbul. For mains I had the mixed kebab, which was one skewer of lamb cubes, one of chicken cubes and one of minced lamb. All of the meat was lovely and tender with a lovely hint of spice and I would say they were all cooked perfectly. The sauces accompanying them was also great. We also had some rice with vermicelli and a portion of tabouleh which was delicious. The service was very friendly and helpful and my only slight gripe was that the tables are rather close together and it would be rather difficult to have a cosy, intimate dinner here. However, the food was excellent and I love being able to take my own wine as I know it will be good and I wont be paying way over the odds for it. Pity its not nearer home!”

The food is next level , I mean full of flavour, deep rich and colourful and tastes out of this world , I can also add that one of my party asked for a curry with not a lot of spice , she was over the moon with the dish she received , they really took care of that situation and made her feel at home , all served in a timely manner with excellent attentive and engaging staff Well done Exotic Lounge , your team has made without doubt the best Indian restaurant for both food and service for miles around . “Visited Grindhouse for a quick bite and a coffee to avoid the usual big chains that you can't move for falling over. Friendly staff and service. Had scrambled eggs on sour-dough and I have to say - eggs are easy to get completely wrong and I was very happy that these were completely right! The coffee was also very, very good. My better half had the French toast and reported that it was "very nice" (high praise!) and just the right amount not to make you feel like Jabba the Hutt.”

“Been to the Farmers Arms and Fidelma was serving barmaid.... I can honestly say the service she gave was top notch, I've worked in bars all my life and people are quick to complain yet hesitate to compliment.... The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere is boosted by this lady's personality! The landlord/landlady who ever they may be are extremely lucky to have such a fantastic member of staff working for them and hopefully she is rewarded for her attitude towards the customers, I can whole heartedly say I will be returning due to warming atmosphere and welcoming attitude from this woman alone..... Completely recommend visiting this establishment, we have not been disappointed.... Fantastic service, well done.”

“This is our 2nd visit here ( we dont live locally) so our visita are far apart. The food on both occasions was delicious. We shared the CAMEMBERT for two, with 4 slices of toasted Ciabatta and red onion relish. Extremely tasty. I had the Lentil Cottage pie with vegetables. Really tasty. Hunters chicken was very tasty too. We ate outside. Then went inside for a coffee and to investigate this lovely old house. I read and looked at the photographs on the walls and found out it had belonged to The Boddington Family. Staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly.”
