“First time here. Warm welcome from owner who carried furniture on his head to show Dad. He changed the wheels on an office chair THREE TIMES, bless him. Oodles of second hand furniture and the owner knows where all of it is! FREE DELIVERY in Stretford, only asked for a £5 tip for each of the two drivers, who were darling! A desk, office chair, filing cabinet with files (!) and a small armchair for £80.00! 10 star experience! Thank you so much! Peter and his staff are beyond reasonable!”

“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “Joanne is incredible!! I booked Joanne a few years ago for my wedding which was due to take place last year and through countless postponements, worries and tears, Joanne has been extremely kind, supportive and overall a fantastic florist. Our wedding took place on 18th September and as soon as she arrived in the morning I was absolutely over the moon - she had grasped my vision better than I ever could've imagined and was also a super happy and calming presence. She created the most beautiful bouquets, corsages and buttonholes for my wedding party which looked and smelt incredible. For my ceremony she created the most wonderful flower arch and styled the area so beautifully with lanterns and petals, all done extremely elegantly and tastefully. And our table arrangements were breaktaking with beautiful foliage and tapered candles, making the most gorgeous and romantic setting. She worked fantastically with all of our other suppliers and created the most beautiful setting for us! I cannot thank/praise Joanne enough and will definitely work with her again in the future. Absolutely 5* service, design and delivery :)”
