When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. You could have dropped the box and the items inside would have been fine. High quality service.”

One of the reasons I've taken cars there is that they don't normally work on cars so there's no percentage in them charging for work that doesn't need doing, unlike some garages.
