“It was nice to see familiar faces after a year away. The food and service were excellent; the paneer cocktail was something I had never had before, the naans were incredibly fluffy, and the cobra was delicious. The total cost came to about £28 per person. I'm happy to confirm that Marple Spice remains fantastic. The staff was so kind and we will definitely be returning.”

“Visited again last week. I absolutely love this place. Hidden gem. Great place to bring teenagers who prefer quiet, young adults who may be anxious and not enjoy the crowds. Can walk around as many times as like and discover all animals. Gorgeous pigs, donkeys, goats and chickens enjoying themselves. There are ping pong tables for a quick out side game, children's play equipment. A river to walk along. A cafe to sit have a snack and drink. Squirrels running up and down the trees. Some animals look like they are rescue animals and are obviously being taken care of by the farm.”

“Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

“I love coming here for a breather by myself or with my little boy. He absolutely loves it, Lindsay is a gem and her food is delicious. “First time here and certainly won’t be the last, minced chicken with lettuce wraps and salt & pepper prawn were the most savoury light delectable starters with duck, rice and the star of the show, steamed whole sea bass for main. My oh my best sea bass I have ever eaten, moist, fell off the bone, intensely savoury liquor, no extra thickeners. Just wow. And Sunny. Sunny sunny sunny. You were the highlight of the evening.
