“Local couple following their dream. It’s a cafe but I haven’t visited during the day. As a bar they have Neck Oil and Cruzcampo on draught. Wine and spirits available. Gets busy and buzzy Friday and Saturday. Would be great if they do snacks eg meat platters, cheese, olives etc in summer. I wish you every success.”

“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

They showed care by getting in touch to see if there was a problem with collecting and i explained my error so they gave me a refund which I wasn't really entitled to. I’ve dealt with the manager before and he was very pleasant and professional. We are lucky to have this shop in the heart of the estate and complainers should think about those who live in places where bombs fall from the sky or gunman exist.”
