“Had my hair done by sam. I had an absolutely lovely time and was pampered to high heavens. She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. “I bought a very-reasonably priced course of 6 sessions for Bikini line laser and I'm really surprised with the results. I'm Caucasian and heard that light skin and dark hair is the best combo for laser to work well and it's really true! I've had 3 sessions so far and it's already made SUCH a difference to my hair. I'm guessing that after 6 sessions, bikini hair might be a thing of the past for me! Some points to note: It can be BLOODY painful but a) it only lasts, like, a second after each 'blast' of the laser and b) it's worth it if you want rid of the hair. My bikini sessions last about 10-15 mins in total and no pain, no gain. Be prepared to bear all in front of the technician. Let them know your expectations and ask what 'positions' you have to get into for the results you want (you know what I mean!). The lovely Marja has worked with me and, even though it's kind of embarrassing, she's so professional, kind and sweet that it doesn't feel too bad. Highly recommended.”

“I believe this salon was previously called Hoang, but when I called I found out they have new owners, and are now called D & A nails. I was sceptical after reading the reviews on google. However, when I arrived, the staff were very friendly - A man and his wife. They engaged in friendly conversation, talking about their family, and asking genuine questions. There were 2 other women having their nails done whilst I was in there. One of the women explained to me that there was new owners in the store now, and how it was much better than when the previous owners were there. I had my nails done on 8th July, and over two weeks later they are still look great (no chipping or peeling). Plus the price is very reasonable. I would definitely return there.”
