She was very nervous but the gentlemen who did her hair made her feel very comfortable, was very patient with her and she absolutely loved her hair cut. She now doesn't want to go anywhere else. I love all the staff especially the owner, she’s so so nice. They are so friendly & make me feel really welcome. They are so professional & provide an excellent & quick service & do an outstanding job every single time. They are detail orientated & are really good at nail art. Gareth is very attentive, he listened to my ideas on my hair colour and offered advice and recommendations which resulted in the colour being much better than I had hoped for.
