Memorable dining experience in Prestwich

“My family of 5 stayed there Friday to Saturday this week. The staff are amazing and so friendly I have 3 ASD children and the staff were lovely with them all. As we were checking in the lady gave each of them some cookies. The beds are so comfy and I'd paid for breakfast which can I say fantastic such choice which is perfect for my children as they can be hard to cater for. As we were about to leave the restaurant one of the male staff came over and gave my younger 2 a Terry's chocolate orange each. I would definitely stay there again and can't rate it highly.”

“I booked a dome for afternoon tea for partners birthday. Food was delicious. I had the vegan option which was really well thought out rather than just dupes of the classic. We were served by Angel who was very polite, professional and helpful. Angel went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and extra as its been such a hot day. “I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

Found Golden Crown based on a friends recommendation and happy to say we’ve found our new favourite! Bit of a drive but well worth it. We tried the combo for 2 and everything was amazing especially the crispy chicken in OK sauce. 10/10!!”

“Absolutely spot on! Ordered a half-and-half pizza (Mexican and Chicken Fajita), garlic cheese bites and peri peri chicken poppers — and everything was banging. The flavours were on point, loads of topping, and it all arrived piping hot. The garlic cheese bites were proper cheesy and the peri peri chicken had a decent kick without being too spicy. Definitely one of the best Papa John’s orders I’ve had. Will be ordering again soon!”

“Always get great food from here, Salt n Pepper king prawns, quarter duck, hot n sour soup, Shui Mai ........everything I've had has been very good, not had one bad meal and have been going for a long time, do ask for extra chilli as its not that spicy when ordering”

“I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews, I ordered 3 pizza's and garlic bread to pick up for a specific time. They were ready on time and piping hot and the owner even gave me a free 10 inch garlic bread.The pizza's were really nice and good price and to finish it off with cheesy garlic bread.I would definitely recommended this place.”
