We never thought we would have this opportunity to work with such a wonderful playroom. Their food is amazing, and they put in full effort to make all the guests feel welcome and comfortable. My sons 18th birthday lunch, we covered steak, pork tomahawk, grilled salmon and calamari. All wonderfully cooked and presented. Excellent staff service who made the lunch a pleasure to eat there. “What a place to perform and see great entertainment! The joy of La Boom is that they’ve created an amazing environment for performers to thrive. Great equipment, great facilities and staff that look after you. The acts love it there and therefore they make the effort to put on their best shows for the crowd. “A food truck with a 4-seater table along a not too busy street. The food is prepared by two friendly Thai ladies and the taste is authentic. Pad thai is only £6 for lunch. It is hot and delicious at good portion! It is even tastier than many Thai restaurants I have tried before. What a surprise! People are mainly ordering takeaway.”

“A fabulous place for the kids and plenty of space for adults to sit and watch. There is an extra large play area and a great cafe. You get a half price voucher when you register online to become a member and every visit after that you get a £1 discount. Allowed a maximum of three hours stay or two hours at busy times so plenty of fun times with the kids. Would highly recommend this place, it’s clean and friendly with plenty to do and an excellent place for birthday parties tailored to suit your individual needs and numbers”

“Delicious, fresh food! Popped in for lunch with a friend and we were both absolutely made up. The katsu, sushi and ramen were beautiful. We finished with some mochi ice cream for dessert, which was super tasty and nicely presented. The service was quick and friendly too. The new management has definitely made a difference, it’s a big improvement to what the food was like there previously. I’d be stopping by again for sure!”

“Visited here in a large group (20 people) for my daughters 16th, service, food etc was amazing staff couldn’t do enough and everything ran smoothly which is impressive when catering for such a large group and even some with dietary requirements etc. would definitely recommend and special shout out to Alison our waitress who looked after us from start to finish. “Wow, ordered for the first time this evening. The app works brilliantly. We were told 60 minutes and pizzas arrived 60 minutes later. Pizzas were warm and really tasty, plus free garlic bread. Well impressed”

Staff are so friendly and welcoming, food is amazing quality for great prices (for example six chicken wings for £3 or two cottage pies for £3), they have such an extensive menu that there’s something for everyone at King BBQ! Love it here so much, could never fault it!”
