The bed is fantastic and I genuinely can’t believe the quality for the price I’ve paid. I’ve been in store a few times and every time they’ve been really friendly and helpful.     “I ordered the Lincoln Table with 4 leather chairs, chairs arrived straight away with no issues but unfortunately when the table arrived a week later it was damaged - the box had also been damaged in transit. I contacted the company straight away who apologised and arranged for another table to sent, unfortunately the table was damaged again when I received it although not as badly. Sally arranged for a third table to be sent by private courier and took the second table away. I can honestly say the level of customer service has been excellent, I was contacted and updated throughout the whole process and cannot fault the service or products I have received. I would definitely buy from them in the future and would hope to actually go to the shop when possible.”
