“So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. Can’t thank Georgia for enough. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much.”

“For a dog who just tolerates me when i try to brush him (whilst giving me a disapproving side eye), it seems no trouble for Chloe as she does a great job every time grooming him. She always listens to what we ask for and somehow makes my dog look like hes ready for the red carpet, a look we would never been able to achieve in two hours! Would definitely recommend- shes worth every penny”

I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. “I have used the services of Arkadia dog grooming every 4-5 weeks since opening, with the exception of lockdown! I find the staff to be very professional. The visit starts with a consultation about your requirements for that particular visit with advice and guidance provided where necessary. Each time I have been happy with the quality of the groom provided and although my dog can be a little nervous he seems completely relaxed before and after his visit. In comparison to other companies I have used the prices are really competitive and the products used are really good quality.”
