“Grandson was ill with reflux. My daughter got a call from a clinician to discuss his symptoms and was invited to the Mastercall Centre. After being booked in, they had to wait 5 minutes before being seen. Very efficient and much better than waiting in A+E. Impressed with the service.”

“I was admitted to SDEC, assessed quickly and transferred to AMU for overnight assessment. The day after I was fitted with a pacemaker in the morning and came home in the afternoon. I was given excellent care and attention in all departments. I had no delays. I was also expecting the food not to be good but it was fine with choices for every meal. Thank you to all at Stepping hill, especially ward A in the AMU and the surgical team”
