If you've gone for "Next day" may not be actually "next day" because you drop off after they've collected. The collections / drop off are once daily,.... Say if you drop off at 12:00 noon and they already been their and collected that days consignments at 10:00hrs your parcel won't go anywhere until 10:00hrs the following day. Once it's in their system the whole process is seamless Happy Customer !”
