I use the groom room about 4 times a year for a full groom they do a lovely shorter cut that helps me manage a hairy home as she is a bearded collie. Edit* after this review we have found the service isn't as good as it was noticed a change in staff”

“Bethany did my bridal makeup the morning of my wedding and it looked great - I felt amazing! She kept it natural and glowy (just like I like!) and it lasted from 11am until late! She really listened to what I wanted. Bethany is really professional, meticulous about cleanliness and has great quality products. Can’t wait to use her again!”

“Kalpana has been threading my eyebrows for years. I can highly recommend her. She is quick and I always leave with better shaped brows than when I walked in! Kalpana manages to fit me in even if I have not made an appointment. She tries to be as flexible as possible. If you happen to drop in without an appointment and have to wait a short while, you can pop to the shops or grab a coffee near by as she is well located for everything.”

“First time getting my nails done by Mariam. She has very bubbly personality and makes you feel very comfortable. Miriam had a variety of nails colours, I took a while to chose what I wanted, Miriam was helpful with and did not rush. finally I made a decision, I showed her one picture and I feel she did the best to her ability. I have had PH formula facials with both Victoria & Lucy my skin has never looked so clear, their knowledge and advice on appropriate home care has also helped me to manage my skin in between treatments. I have seen both Deborah & Khatra for injectables, they are very attentive during treatments and I have always loved my results! “I am over the moon with my Great Lengths Keratin Bond Extensions that were fitted by the very talented Salon Manager Kirsty. I felt instantly welcomed by the friendly salon staff and Salon Owner Caroline, who offered and brought me a glass of prosecco - which is a lovely added touch. The salon is modern, clean and upbeat. The service from start to finish was second to non and I left a very happy customer, excited about my new long, thick, shiny hair! Thank you to House of Finesse! I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for all of my hair needs.”

“Tanya's place is absolutely wonderful - we couldn't imagine leaving our bunny with anyone else! We have a house rabbit so she is used to lots of roaming time and Tanya always makes sure she gets regularly let out to explore, keeping us up to date with videos when she can and and our bunny absolutely loves her little holiday here. Tanya cares for her like she is her own. She is so knowledgeable and always gives such great advise. The facilities are amazing - central heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. All food is included and Tanya always makes sure they have the best veg and hay. Can highly recommend :)”

“Cannot recommend enough - this was Reuben's 4th groom, his first 'all-over' cut (and the 3rd different groomer I've been to because I want happy with the first two) The staff are lovely and took time to really listen to how I wanted him doing, while diplomatically advising me what would look best. He looked absolutely fabulous when he was done and I'm so relieved to finally find a groomer who I have confidence in”

“Had my hair coloured and cut at boa very disappointed the colour isn't what I wanted I had base colour and wanted blonde lights mingled through it ended up with just a few bits of blonde at the front then my God Sarah started with cut I asked for a reshape she scalped me it cost me £170 and will have to put highlights in myself what a night mare and very stressful never again. Following the recent review above , I would like to say thank you to Mark boa, He has done his very best to make amends.I will definitely be trying boa again.mark is such a lovely person , I look forward to meeting him when I am due for my next appointment xx”
