Tracy especially has been a massive support both practically and emotionally when after a death in the family I suddenly found myself landlord of a bad tenant. They made a very stressful situation into a bearable one and I cannot thank them enough!”

“Great for walking dogs especially in the woodland area. Has slides, swings climbing frames in the playground. Look out for the Hyde Mela festival which normally happens in August every year.”

“We were sceptical about staying at The Hyde venue as we knew it wasn’t as renovated as its local sites such as the Ashton site. Having recently visited to use the swimming facilities we were met by friendly staff so we decided to book an overnight here due to the low costs. Being regulars at sites such as Manchester’s dokota and the midland we naturally had high standards basing our recommendations off google and trip advisor ratings. I can honestly say after meeting Kai and Kiki at the bar they completed our stay. They were so welcoming and genuine honest people who cared to take the time to speak to you despite their clear busy work schedule. Before meeting them the staff were friendly but did the bare minimum. I feel I need to give a special mention to these two individuals because they go above and beyond what is expected and deserve to be recognised by management and higher as they have staff that exceed their pay grade. What they provided was above and beyond what any of the 5* venues we visit in Manchester City centre and we will return on the back of their hospitality alone. I hope this review allows the recognition they deserve, having started my career in hospitality at the age of 15 I know how hard it is to show care and general interest in clients but they do so in an impeccable manner. “My little one has been going here for a year now and honestly its the nicest nursery. If your kid is outdoorsey this is perfect place as the kids go out for walks round the park and play out a lot. The girls looking after the kids are amazing and attention to detail to each kids needs are looked after well. Would reccomend.”

“I had to write this review straight away, as it was such a pleasure to visit a pub where we were met so warmly, the cask beer range produced in house is excellent ( Tried two & both very drinkable & very reasonably priced ) It was just a shame I had a train to catch otherwise I would have stayed! I will definitely be back & can only recommend! (Trains roughly every half hour from Manchester lovely small beer garden which is a sun trap!”

“Bought a super king ottoman bed frame and mattress from them last Thursday and it was delivered the following Friday. Can’t argue with those timescales! The bed is fantastic and I genuinely can’t believe the quality for the price I’ve paid. I’ve been in store a few times and every time they’ve been really friendly and helpful. Even if you’re after something they don’t have, ask them because they’ll do their best to help source it for you! Lucky to have a shop like this so close to us. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“This was the third time we have used Booth Ince & Knowles and absolutely cannot fault their service. Lewis was very professional and yet managed to make you feel very at ease and not at all what I was expecting, as sometimes visiting a solictor can be a bit daunting. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Great place to learn to sail. Coarse was over 2days at the weekend and this one was run by Chris. He explained all that would be involved for us to do throughout the coarse. We spent half the time each day out on the water and the only issue was lack of wind but was still able to get practice in to pass the coarse. Very relaxed friendly place and the young volunteers who help us were very understanding of us being novices. Due to issues of lack of wind had been offered couple free sessions when we want to help us get more experience. Would recommend this outdoor centre to all wanting to learn to sail or do other water based activities.”

“Saturday 17th May 2025 This pub in Hyde necmxt to the train station is not just a historical gem with a proper Clientelle, and the person behind was polite and helpful Good banter was had in the fantastic pub it was good fun. There were 4 fantastic not big brewet ales on tonight with good rock background music next door to the Hyde central station This pub, when drinking real ales in Hyde, is an essential visit”

“Mark, Claire and the team are so very welcoming. Such a great bunch of people on both sides of the bar. The venue is cool and quirky. Interesting features such as the wagon wheel. Also loved looking at the art. There's live music, and sometimes food!! One of my favourite places to spend time in tameside!”

“Has a wide range of fish, reptiles and frogs. Prices are super good, and super helpful staff, unfortunately they didn't have what I needed specifically, but have loads of decor, lights, tanks and other bits”

“Would recommend crispy chilli beef, salt and pepper chicken, never had a bad meal from here. Always been spot on. Consistently good food, even mid week. Can’t complain.”
