“Absolutely love this little local gem! I popped in with my dog and was impressed by the wide variety of treats and essential supplies they offer. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my teething pup. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly — my dog felt right at home and now gets excited every time we go, mostly for the treats, of course! Highly recommend for any pet owner!!! I also love that they support charities too which alot of the big brand shops don't do!”

He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. Our dog loves going on the long walks Gary provides (rain or shine). Gary is very reliable, trustworthy and communicative and clearly loves his job based on the time and effort he puts in. Mandi is absolutely fantastic with our dog, he adores her and is so happy when she knocks at the door. Mandi has built a careful bond with our dog and she has been so understanding about his needs to be solo walked and any other needs that he has. She is so kind and has never let us down in 6 months. She is just a fantastic person and any dog is lucky to be walked by her.”

“Cam is an absolute Star. I was nervous leaving my pup with another human for the night, especially as he can be quite a high maintenence dog, but Cam put me completely at ease. I was kept updated with pictures of Bilbo relaxed or interacting with a chew. He was kept entertained with enrichment activities and I felt confident that he was happy and cared for. Bilbo loved his sleepover with Aunty Cam, and she will be the first person we will call if we need a dog sitter again. 11/10 - would recommend”

“This is the only place I take my double-coated rescue. This is the first groomer I have been to that I, and more importantly my dog, are happy with. Other groomers can cut fur, but you get so much more at Aliwags, they understand about hair growth and have rescued my dog from a previous bad groom elsewhere. Excellent value for money!”

I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper.
