“Gary is a fantastic dogwalker! He has really taken the time to get to know our Whippet (Otis) and has built a great relationship with him. Our dog loves going on the long walks Gary provides (rain or shine). Gary is very reliable, trustworthy and communicative and clearly loves his job based on the time and effort he puts in. Would not hesitate to recommend Gary for anyone considering someone to walk or look after their pup.”

“I have used the services of Arkadia dog grooming every 4-5 weeks since opening, with the exception of lockdown! I find the staff to be very professional. The visit starts with a consultation about your requirements for that particular visit with advice and guidance provided where necessary. Each time I have been happy with the quality of the groom provided and although my dog can be a little nervous he seems completely relaxed before and after his visit. In comparison to other companies I have used the prices are really competitive and the products used are really good quality.”

“Cannot recommend enough - this was Reuben's 4th groom, his first 'all-over' cut (and the 3rd different groomer I've been to because I want happy with the first two) The staff are lovely and took time to really listen to how I wanted him doing, while diplomatically advising me what would look best. He looked absolutely fabulous when he was done and I'm so relieved to finally find a groomer who I have confidence in”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Kimberley, Paige and Bex are fantastic! Our Rhodesian Ridgeback Cali joined Spot and Boo 3 weeks ago and she absolutely loves walking with the girls and other canine friends. Kimberley was very professional and helpful during our initial meeting and I cannot recommend Spot and Boo enough!”

We know our girl is in the safest of hands with Natalie, and judging from the pictures and how tired she is when she gets home, she has a great time too! The Pet Care company are friendly, flexible, reliable, and love your pet as much as you do, cannot recommend them enough. We’d be lost without Natalie!”

“I cannot recommend Kevin and his team enough. I know my puppy is not only in safe hands , but Is also having a great time at doggie daycare. After struggling to get my pup to eat his food consistently, Kevin kindly offered me a free sample to try the premium pet food. I had to go back the following day and purchase a bag, as my pup was so eager to eat it and also seemed more contented after meal times.”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

“I have used Izzy for 6 weeks while I recovered from surgery . I used to see Izzy on my normal dog walks and saw her with the dogs she walked. I could see how the dogs she walked reacted to her and the care she took with them, so when I needed help after surgery I asked her if she could help. After a difficult time initially with one of my dogs who wouldn’t go in her car , all 3 really looked foreward to there walks and sat at the window looking for her. She was very reliable and very careing towards my dogs. My 3 are not easy, all have little issues and are old , she fitted in with them, accommodating there needs and was so patient with them. I don’t think I could have chosen anyone better . Thanks Izzy”

“What a great place! Our house rabbit enjoyed his ‘holiday’ with Jane. All the animals are very well cared for, and the standard of cleanliness is very high. The outdoor runs provide opportunity for exercise. We would definitely recommend!”

“Right from the start, organising walks for my dog was easy with Gemma. She came to my home to go over everything so that she knew all the quirks of my dog and what he needed. “It was a sad day when Vanessa and Sally moved away . They gave my Cocker Spaniel one to one walking until I lost her and were loving and caring . I now have a 14 year old rescue dog who is blind and deaf and the care they gave him was lovely . Your furry friend could not be in better hands for love and caring while walking them . We miss them both”
