“I can honestly say the staff working there are always friendly and really helpful aswell as knowledgeable they provide a lot of useful information and try their best because it is really busy environment however what’s special about them it’s that apart from being responsible and understanding they are really sweet and friendly they offer other services such as home delivery with no additional price so you don’t have to worry about the delivery fee. Also they prepare all the prescriptions in the store for pick ups and they have a large selection of products over the counter which are really beneficial because it includes everything such as vitamins and many other first aid supplies that are really essential.”

“Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse.
