From the moment we were seated, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She checked in with us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and ensured our food came out exactly as we ordered. “I've been going to The Urmston regularly for almost 10 years now! My friends and I started going to the Pub Quiz there on Thursdays back in 2016 and we still go to this day! We've made many friends through the quiz and we love all of the locals too. The staff here have always made us feel welcome and that's why we still go week in, week out! Plus, the food is really good too! My family and I often enjoy dropping in for a Sunday dinner now and again.”

“Convenient for locals. I was dropping a parcel off at the parcel safes outside,. So not so local to me but I'm sure local residence find this place very useful There are other shops including at least 3 food shops in the same block including English, Chinese and Indian food and a 24 hour petrol station with Tesco shop right on the roundabout accross the road. So pretty good range of shops for locals within a small area.”

“I always use this shop when I needed to return my Amazon parcels as I prefer printing my labels at the store. I just need to scan my barcode and the touch screen machine printed out the labels for me. I’ll then sticked the return labels on my parcels and the person at the tills scanned a barcode on a small leaflet for me to keep with a reference number. I put the parcels at the back of the shop in a bag to be collected by the delivery driver. The opening hours are long.”

I was served by a gentleman called Dillion, he really understands his customers and was exemplary in which he held himself whilst attending to his customers, from observation he anticipated customers needs and was well presented, well spoken & polite.
