“I can't recommend Noman highly enough, his service was absolutely exceptional. My car had an obscure issue which took several weeks to get to the bottom of, and most people faced with the same challenge would have fobbed me off to go back to a main dealer, who would have charged me a fortune to fix the problem. Instead Noman took time over several visits checking and testing things, ordering parts etc to try to save me money. In the end he successfully fixed the issue, and saved me a load of money in the process. Several weeks down the line and everything is working perfectly and I'm delighted. “From first walking in the door there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lovely, bright waiting room. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.”

“Dr Perkins is definitely the best doctor around with out a doubt. Dr Perkins goes above a beyond when it comes too making sure that everyone in he’s surgery get the best level of care and medication to his best ability an always gives 110%. Dr Perkins is as always very friendly an professional never rush my appointment ever. (Unlike some other GP’s that I have been too in the passed.) “I only add reviews when I strongly feel the need to share - i cant lie and say that i have always had a great service at monarch but i have been really impressed recently with the service i have been receiving and thats down to 2 of the team - Dr Nisha and Nurse Ruth!! What an absolute pleasure it has been to have had Dr Nisha for my recent consultations, she is the first Dr in years to actually listen and make me feel heard!! I will not be seeing anyone else! And likewise for Ruth she listens, is friendly, and always a pleasure to see, she always makes my day! Please do not let either of these amazing women leave!! The reception staff are always lovely too!”
