“Had root canal treatment performed which obviously very anxious about , however found this treatment was performed very skilfully , by Mr. Charlesworth and Charlotte (dental nurse, a great team). The administration of the local anaesthetic in itself was pain free , was very impressed with the teamwork and felt totally at my ease . I was reassured and received individualised care with very good explanation of the procedure involved . I would not hesitate to recommend this dental specialist to anyone needing root canal treatment . Thank you”

“We recently had to put down our wonderful Miniature Schnauzer, Rupert. Nicole (vet) was so lovely, patient and compassionate given that we were extremely upset. She gave us the time we needed and was so caring towards him and explained everything clearly to us. She has also been dealing with our other senior dog in the same caring way. I would also like to mention the staff on the desk - Suze and Lauren (others too but I'm not sure of names) who are a pleasure to deal with and were very sympathetic toward us after losing a big part of the family.”

“The staff at Broom Cottage are so reliable, friendly and helpful. Our lil cat, Ico, has been really poorly recently and they have been so patient, caring and reassuring with him and with us. We really have appreciated their efforts and kindness as he means the absolute world to us. We feel we can trust them with our most precious little boy. It's been overwhelming for us recently but they have taken the time to explain everything and all options to us thoroughly and have worked with us to get him on the road to recovery. “I joined the practice as a postgrad more than 20 years ago and have always had my teeth well looked after by Mr. Mohammed as an NHS patient. Recently I decided to have Invisalign treatment for my crowded teeth and it went very well. Mr. Mohammed was upfront about how the procedure worked, how long it would take, and that I'd need to wear the retainer nightly afterwards. The whole process was efficient, effective, and painless. At the end Mr. Mohammed neatly touched up a couple of uneven sections with composite, and I finished the process with visibly straighter teeth. I'm now 8 months after the treatment finished and my teeth are still looking good!”
