On my last visit, Ludo cried with excitment when we arrived and ran in not to be seen until I collected him. He has his groom there too and Jenny does a fantastic job”

“We recently had to put down our wonderful Miniature Schnauzer, Rupert. Nicole (vet) was so lovely, patient and compassionate given that we were extremely upset. She gave us the time we needed and was so caring towards him and explained everything clearly to us. She has also been dealing with our other senior dog in the same caring way. I would also like to mention the staff on the desk - Suze and Lauren (others too but I'm not sure of names) who are a pleasure to deal with and were very sympathetic toward us after losing a big part of the family.”

“The staff at Broom Cottage are so reliable, friendly and helpful. Our lil cat, Ico, has been really poorly recently and they have been so patient, caring and reassuring with him and with us. We really have appreciated their efforts and kindness as he means the absolute world to us. We feel we can trust them with our most precious little boy. It's been overwhelming for us recently but they have taken the time to explain everything and all options to us thoroughly and have worked with us to get him on the road to recovery.
