“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“Genuine honest and caring people. I live in castleford west Yorkshire and ordered flowers from them by mistake as there's a barkers local to me. They showed care by getting in touch to see if there was a problem with collecting and i explained my error so they gave me a refund which I wasn't really entitled to.
