Refreshing salads in Stockport

“Well this was my first experience here, it was recommended by a friend to take my children and experience delicious grilled food. I have the most pickiest of children that you can image but boy did the food here amaze them and have them licking their fingers! The service was second to none, the staff was warm and friendly and really made the kids feel welcome and safe. The starters, right through to the mains were beautifully presented and full of flavour, moist and juicy to the very last bite. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to sit down with friends and family and enjoy a meal that will leave an impression. Definitely worth the drive up north! I think this will be a firm family staple.”

“Fantastic Bar with amazing people running it, and such a friendly crowd inside all round great atmosphere. Superb drink choice, with beers (north/ South my favourite) and cocktails a plenty (Gin Bramble my wifes favourite). They really go all out to look after you and your dogs too. My pug loves going, I have a pint she has some biscuits!”

“I occasionally go to Supreme Grill. The food’s really nice and tasty . I not sure if they cook vegan or vegetarian food. We usually go late in the evening just before it shuts down most of the food has been sold . So it shows how popular it is.”

“Just had a mixed kebab of chicken and Donna meat, it was so good, plenty of chicken and loads of Donna, the bread was thin and tasty, plenty of fresh salad. It was one of the best I have had, will definitely go back and recommend it”

“We have been to dough guys several times now for both take out and eating in. Every time the pizza has been excellent, we have tried different ones each time and have been impressed with all of them so far! Ingredients are fresh and they are authentic type pizzas. We most recently tried a white base on, they are very rich but as we were sharing it went perfectly with the other one we had. Quick delivery and very fresh, thanks!”

I come here regularly, whether it’s for a meal, a drink with friends, or—let’s be honest—sometimes more than one drink! It’s always a great experience. This is the first time I’ve taken the time to write a review, not because I didn’t want to, but because I never felt the need—Long Bar speaks for itself. But I do think it’s important to acknowledge the people who put passion into what they do, and Chef Dave and the whole team here deserve all the recognition. As a proud Bramhall local and a small business owner myself, I believe in supporting our village’s businesses. Places like Long Bar make all the difference in creating a welcoming community. There were 11 of us dining and we have to say that the food has to be up there with any other Indian food we have eaten (most of the family are Indian). “Flic decided to have a day out in Marple. We started at this lovely Robinson's pub next to Rose Hill station. I am pretty sure I have been here a few times many years ago. Large open plan and plush interior with TV's and an outside terrace, also with a TV. Stairs down to a small beer garden beside a large car park. Three of four handpumps in use on my visit. Went for a seasonal Pale Ale, AMO 4.4%. Really refreshing.”

“Love this place!!! The landlord is a delightful Arsenal fanatic who loves his footy. The pubs cheese board is legendary and the condiments are top notch!! Bar games are encouraged and there is a vigorous card school with local rascally characters engaging in fierce banter which is a joy to watch. All in all the Comfy experience is a sight to behold and a life experience that must not be missed.”

“Ordered easily and despite there being no coffee they provided a free alternative. Ordered 2 English breakfasts and despite there being no sandwiches on the shelf and no milk the manager went and grabbed items from shelves and saved the day. Friendly staff and excellent facilities.”
