A week later.... I brought in our autistic son, J tonight for his first barber haircut. He absolutely LOVED it. From the moment we arrived, the music was turned down without asking (most places don't even ask, and when you do, businesses can be a bit off about the request.) Tyler was so understanding about J's needs, he even pointed out to me how he would not like a total restyle as it may be too much change. Such care was taken to make sure that J felt ok during his experience and wow he looked so smart! On leaving J said to me "I feel great and I don't have to worry about going to a barber's every again, especially that one!" High praise indeed! Many thanks to Tyler and the whole team.”

“Oh my god thank heaven above I found this place.... I wish I found it in the first place but never mind. I had my fave botched up by another aesthetic practitioner and I went to see Charlotte and she is possibly the nicest kindest most down to earth person I've ever met in my life..... Firstly as she felt sorry for me and my face was a mess and full of lumps she did disssolver for free for me. Never in 10 years of getting aesthetic treatments have I known anyone to be so selfless and kind. Her words were"all I care about is that your happy ". If I could give this company a 6* I would!!! Chaotte has all the time in the world for you.. Never makes you feel rushed and when your with her she never makes you feel like there's a hurry and she's so down to earth and just honestly one of the nicest people I've ever met. That's only the start..... I've been having aethethics for years with multiple places and people. She is an insane injector! She opens all products in front of you. No Korean rubbish, no watering products down,no hiding anything. She used a cannula on my cheeks and jaw and I couldn't even feel it...... Wow!!! The results I can't see yet as I'm a little swollen but from what I can see Im so annoyed with myself I didn't find her years ago. I'm a customer for life. She's about key beyond amazing and when you talk to her you can tell shes genuine and not just speaking to you because your a client and giving her money. I just have no words that compare to how amazing Charlotte is. She's restored my confidence i lost to bad aesthetic practitioners and I honestly could cry st how happy I am with what she's done. Super gorgeous clinic, immaculately clean, always in clean uniform. Gloves off and on constantly for hygiene. Makes you feel at ease and asks constantly during the treatment if your okay. The Biggest comment I have here is that for once in 6 years I have had someone care about me and not just about the money. I was shocked when she text me a couple of hours later asking if I was okay and how my face was! Then gave me a list of helpful info to go forward for aftercare. I honestly can't recommend Charlotte enough and I'm a customer for life. I can't wait to go back and have all kinds of facials etc I'm someone who's been to so many different places and all they care about is money She's the absolute best!!! Get booked in!!!!!”

“Brill. Chris' knowledge and explanations were great. Have an issue with stomach for a long time. Reflux, pains, vomiting. Had the acupuncture points treatment for my stomach. Im sore in places right now, but definitely feel easier with breathing. Had aches and pains in places for years and never understood why they never went like in my upper back on the left side.
