Relaxation cafe in Oldham

“My first visit in many years despite visiting the Castle pub opposite fairly often. A lovely two room pub with booth seating in the front bar area and a traditional back room. They had two JW Lees real ales on sale but Albrecht treated me to a pint of Guinness. Very good. He had San Miguel.”

“For the last four years we have visited Lancaster park and animal farm for Halloween and every year it gets better. The big kid in me particularly loved this year's theme of harry potter. The staff always go to so much effort staying in character and making sure everyone has fun! Lots of animals to see and feed and a large field filled with pumpkins to choose from. Particularly enjoyed the new marshmallow toasting set up! As always an amazing day, reasonably priced, lots to see and do and will definitely be back again next year!”

“What we really like about going to this Costa is that most times we are there there it's not too busy. Tables are spaced out well so that they don't tend to feel claustrophobic. The music is not too heavy, so we are able to enjoy both it and conversation. Not always a great selection of foodstuffs. And, although you can use your Costa card to add points, you can't redeem them at this location (bit of a pain). Still, it has also thought about families with very young children in providing a few things to do. On the whole, it's not a bad place to visit if you don't mind paying the Costa prices!”

“I've been to Oldham many, many times, and I've only just noticed they had a rollers. The Pecan cinnamon roll is soooo good. Seems like a nice place to eat in, and the service I received was very good.”

“It was my first experience at Costa Coffee in England. I ordered Chae Latte and was great. They have multiple options and I saw they make everything in professional way. A nice place to sit and relax after you get done with your shopping in or around town square of Oldham.”

“Located on Elk Mill retail park relatively new building. Nice, bright and pleasant always clean and tidy. Normally quick service. Baristas very fast and friendly. All on one level with easy access for disabled/wheelchair users. Children's play area outside. Large free car park.”

“What a welcoming pub. A group of us visited after the Oldham vs Woking game on Tuesday night. We were away fans, but made to feel at home straight away! Christine & Jess looked after us so well and we were even bought a round of drinks from one of the locals. We will definitely recommend The Rifle Range and be sure to visit for longer next time. The setting itself is lovely, relaxed, and perfect for a weekend treat. “Absolutely fantastic from start to finish staff were lovely smiley and very attentive. I'm a chef with many years experience and the food was on point. Served fast but not to fast perfectly hot and tasty. Staff are clearly very well trained and up on their knowledge of their menu and allergens, overall an amazing experience to say your in a pub in Failsworth you would not believe it once your inside. Warm cosy and very chilled out vibe will definitely be returning with family.”

“Taste, variety and quality is great. Service is fast and polite. Prices are very affordable. They are also consistent - it has tasted the same every time I have had it. I wouldn't travel from far just to try it but if you are local, I highly recommend a visit. Just note that it is a small shop so there is no seating area.”

“Great local pub with friendly staff and good prices on beer. Just beware of ordering spirits as they can end up being very expensive for a double. Sunday dinner is really cheap and cheerful at less than 7 quid for a HUGE plate of food that even a fat guy like me can never finish. Saturday night atmosphere is great with karaoke.”
