I went here and asked if they would alter my uniform to make it more fitting, and that I needed it in a timely manner and within 2 days it was done! I picked it up and all the alterations are amazing. They tapered, hemmed and brought the waist in perfectly! I also asked them to wash it whilst it was there and its come out brill. “This was my first scale and polish - actually my first dental appointment in a long while - I've never had one before and was initially feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about - the hygienist and assistant I saw were both so accommodating; they explained the whole process, what to expect (including letting me see and test the feeling of how each tool would work before diving in to it), how I could signal I needed a break, and even turned on the tv to give me a distraction and let me take my mind off of things. Throughout the process both women were so efficient, regularly offered to let me have a break, and when the process was done they gave me a full rundown of what to expect in the next few days to assure me it would be perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. They're obviously very well informed and know what they're doing and I honestly do not think I could have asked for a better first experience. My teeth look and feel great - thank you to you both! Additional tid bit of praise for your receptionist, as well - I just couldn't leave her out. She's so lovely and welcoming towards everyone as soon as they walk in, it really put me at ease whilst I was waiting. Everybody I've met here has been absolutely wonderful, I couldn't recommend them enough!”

Financially, there is never an issue with paying a few days later, and the appointments are always on time. I've been known to ring with an issue of broken teeth on one day around lunchtime, and been there either later that day or first thing the day after. Jane also discussed how to make sure our cavapoo would feel most comfortable during the groom. You can tell shes passionate about her job and loves working with dogs. Superb value for money.”
