“I can’t recommend this place enough! The customer service was absolutely outstanding and the food was excellent. I accidentally ordered two 12-inch pizzas instead of two 16-inch ones, and when I rang up to see if I could change it, the manager was incredibly kind and offered to give me two 16-inch pizzas free of charge. That level of generosity and customer care is rare these days, and it really made my experience memorable. The pizzas themselves were delicious – fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. A big thank you to the team for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family”

“Let me start by saying that this is the best Chinese chippy that I have ever been too. I have been going ever since I was young and the same for my father who has been going since he was a young boy. Very friendly staff and they never make errors with their orders, always perfect every time. “Now I am very critical of many food industries some local some not but I have to say that this place is rather amazing! The staff here are a fun and laughing stock indeed. Their food is what makes the cake however their burgers and pizza's are incredible with delightful portions and an actual taste of homemade sauce. Looks can be deceiving as the exterior of Prego's may look like an average takeaway but do not be deceived one bit! They offer a variety of different food items. It is not just Kebabs and burger or pizzas but they also implement Greek Salads which I think is a good option as not many takeaways have that ordeal.”

“My experience at benugo John Lewis was exceptional the service was great a team member kindly carries my tray over to me as they could see I was struggling made me feel extremely welcomed, I bought a mozzarella forcia it was extremely fresh and tasted delicious . “So, fundamentally this was a really nice place. The atmosphere is modern yet comfortable. I felt it was clean and well-looked after and I did not find anything obvious out of place. Our party was there for a wedding reception and there were quite a lot of us. We ordered a lot of food and although I felt that the service was a little slow perhaps, I didn't find it slow to the point of questioning it as, after all, they were cooking approximately 20 meals from scratch. I ordered lamb shank and crème brule and I really enjoyed the lamb. I found it to be well cooked and definitely enjoyed my meal. As far as I am aware most of our party enjoyed their meal and we found nothing to complain about with the food at all. The service was actually really pro-active and helpful and I got the impression that nothing was too much trouble and the staff were really polite.”
