“Brilliant interaction with Children and parents. My son is so happy going to Pre school and is learning so much whilst here. Staff are helping massively with toilet training. Meals that are provided are perfect i get notifications on the app to say when he has eaten and how much, really puts a parents mind at rest knowing he is in the right place and being cared for. Staff put your mind at rest if you have any concerns. Lead by a brilliant manager !! Manchester Hyde team are amazing !!!”

“I only use the sauna and the steam cabin usually (when I have time for a visit), but far the best of all Village Gyms in Manchester, even if this is a bit smaller. Nice and calm atmosphere and very kind staff.”

“We were sceptical about staying at The Hyde venue as we knew it wasn’t as renovated as its local sites such as the Ashton site. Having recently visited to use the swimming facilities we were met by friendly staff so we decided to book an overnight here due to the low costs. Being regulars at sites such as Manchester’s dokota and the midland we naturally had high standards basing our recommendations off google and trip advisor ratings. I can honestly say after meeting Kai and Kiki at the bar they completed our stay. They were so welcoming and genuine honest people who cared to take the time to speak to you despite their clear busy work schedule. Before meeting them the staff were friendly but did the bare minimum. I feel I need to give a special mention to these two individuals because they go above and beyond what is expected and deserve to be recognised by management and higher as they have staff that exceed their pay grade. What they provided was above and beyond what any of the 5* venues we visit in Manchester City centre and we will return on the back of their hospitality alone. I hope this review allows the recognition they deserve, having started my career in hospitality at the age of 15 I know how hard it is to show care and general interest in clients but they do so in an impeccable manner. “Reliable, Reasonable and Responsive. We wanted to add to and adapt our kitchen (ovens and hob replacing aga, lots of electrics, new peninsula, new worktops, rearrangement of some existing cupboards etc.) . Penny not only listened to and understood our needs,but offered constructive advice and importantly didn't tell us "you would be better to replace everything" or "if we move a unit, we can't be sure not to damage it" - both of which we heard from other companies. There was also a refreshing openness about the pricing, so we could judge options properly, which gave us great confidence. Richard, Mick and Warren turned up on exactly the day the install was booked and did a very good and tidy job of fitting everything. We had a minor issue with a plinth heater after the install, but handled appropriately without any fuss. Project was handled well by Penny and Suzie and any queries were always answered very promptly and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Byles and I would highly recommend.”

Looking as an outsider ...it's not good ...staff complacent to the children's lives whether it is bullying or illness mental or physical there's a feeling that they just don't give a dam...as long as it dosent happen on school grounds ..seems they don't teach morals anymore either just the curriculum..collect their paycheck and forget about their pupils ..time to pull their socks up..”

Since coming to Bianca, my skin has lightened up and I can’t remember the last time I’ve needed a razor. Bianca is kind, professional and helps you get an understanding of what your skin needs and fully goes above and beyond to take care of her clients. 10/10 recommend!”

Jay gave me the freshest trim I've had in my life and was super friendly throughout. They are also advocated for men's mental health which I think is awesome. 10/10 will be going back!”

“My son loves going to this nursery, as parents we think the nursery staff have a clear understanding and genuine caring nature for the children they look after. The bond that our child has with the nursery staff is fantastic. When our child first joined we were understandable anxious about him starting nursery however the staff made the transition as painless as possible & now he walks in (most days!) with no problem at all. Such a great atmosphere in the nursery & the children are always having such fun & making a lot of mess that they enjoy so much!!”

“I am so pleased I chose this unique nursery for my daughter. She loves her days here, even when she is a bit apprehensive to leave me the ladies are so lovely and quick to update the baby's days app with pictures of all the interesting things she is getting up to, which puts my mind at ease. The nursery has such a lovely feel to it, different to other nurseries in the area. The updates you receive on the app throughout the day are reassuring which are then backed up by the big smile on my daughters face when I pick her up and the stories she has to tell me about her day. The singing, painting and puddings after lunch are some of her favourite things. I would definitely recommend the Yellow Door nursery, Michele and her Team!”

“Bought a super king ottoman bed frame and mattress from them last Thursday and it was delivered the following Friday. Can’t argue with those timescales! The bed is fantastic and I genuinely can’t believe the quality for the price I’ve paid. I’ve been in store a few times and every time they’ve been really friendly and helpful. Even if you’re after something they don’t have, ask them because they’ll do their best to help source it for you! Lucky to have a shop like this so close to us. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“Great place to learn to sail. Coarse was over 2days at the weekend and this one was run by Chris. He explained all that would be involved for us to do throughout the coarse. We spent half the time each day out on the water and the only issue was lack of wind but was still able to get practice in to pass the coarse. Very relaxed friendly place and the young volunteers who help us were very understanding of us being novices. Due to issues of lack of wind had been offered couple free sessions when we want to help us get more experience. Would recommend this outdoor centre to all wanting to learn to sail or do other water based activities.”

“Came here after a dog walk at teatime for some food with the dog. Had Thai food and it was absolutely lovely. Sat by the bar with the food as we had the dog and absolutely loved it. Good music in the background lovely atmosphere & Quality Thai authentic food and really nice friendly pub. Would 100% come back”

“Was recommended to this little gem by my son the food was absolutely amazing I had the king prawns on sourdough the sauce was just amazing it was followed by spicy lamb koftas on a flatbread and again it was beautiful it was totally filling meal. I would recommend this venue to everyone. The chef must be a magician as we didn’t wait very long for our starters and main meal. The young lady who was serving us and bringing our food was very busy but was polite knowledgeable about some of our parties allergies and always had a smile on her face nothing was a trouble. The staff at the bar were very polite and smiling all the time. We had a wonderful evening and made our stay there absolutely great. The staff at the venue are a credit to the owner and management.”
