I felt instantly welcomed by the friendly salon staff and Salon Owner Caroline, who offered and brought me a glass of prosecco - which is a lovely added touch. The salon is modern, clean and upbeat. “Best hairdresser in Manchester. I have been having my hair cut and coloured with Sands (Meg) for over 4 years and it’s always exactly what I want and better! Before Sands I went to lots of other salons but they never listened to what I wanted or could get the colour right. I now live in the city centre and travel out to Alty just to go to Meg because she’s just excellent. The whole experience is more than just a haircut, it’s feels like a catch up between friends and my stomach hurts from laughing every time I leave. Highly, highly, highly recommend.”

I have really fine hair and previous hairdressers have damaged it with hair dye - Rebecca has helped bring it back to life and always listens to what I’m looking for!
