Nothing is ever too much for Rachel and she’s always honest if she thinks something will work or not. Rachel is a beautiful person inside and out and a visit to Ventus isn’t just a fresh haircut, it’s a visit to see a friend. She’s always so kind and remembers details even if it’s been months since your last visit. The whole team are just lovely. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.”

“I left booking our cocker spaniel in for a full groom prior to going on holiday extra late but Chloe couldn’t have been anymore helpful and managed to squeeze us in at very short notice. Not to mention our doggo was in desperate need of a really good cut and tidy up. Chloe and Blake listened to everything I’d asked of them and I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with how handsome Milo looked when I collected him a couple of hours later.. and he smelt amazing too!! “We drove an hour to Manchester(and i travelled 7 hours by plane from Kuwait) to get my hair cut here, and let me tell you, IT WAS WORTH IT!!! Daniel himself cut my hair and even though I probably didn’t give the best details on what I wanted for my hair, it’s like he understood me and he gave me the best haircut of my life. I’m so so happy with the results, don’t miss out on the wonderful services offered by this salon, I’ve been getting so many compliments and have been telling everyone to try getting their hair cut here!! “Had my hair done by sam. I had an absolutely lovely time and was pampered to high heavens. She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. Never felt so glowy. 100% recommend”
