“Linnette recently groomed our Beau, he had his winter coat taken off. I picked him up and he looked beautiful. She cut him so perfectly. Having his first groom since last September we always expect the cut not to be so perfect, as it is a lot of fur to be removed. But Lynnette got it just right. Not only that we have been on holiday, as Beau always gets a lot of attention but never has his groom been commented on so much, Suffolk seems to be a hub for Goldendoodle's, we met a few to say the least so the complements were backed up with those that new best. We also met a breeder so it was nice. We did drop Linnettes name so she got the glory and rightly so. I just needed to put this on and let people know that things happen, it's called life. Thanks Linnette and see you again soon x”

They explained to me about the centre and the services they offer and I was quite impressed. I could see they were working there hoping to make a difference, and I could see it was working. “From the moment I entered the Abbey Pines on 14/03/24 (first patient of the day) I felt totally at ease. The outstanding care, and professionalism of every single member of the staff is second to none. Having previously had really awful and neglectful treatment at a Private Hospital in the Midlands I was obviously very wary. However, I absolutely had no need to be. The very skilled and professional Consultant Alan Lei and Dr Abbas took time to see me both before and after my procedure to answer my questions and address my concerns which went a long way to putting my mind at complete ease. “I've been coming here for over four years and I think they are very good at waxing eyebrows. I find the comments made about staff being rude and shouting hard to believe, as that's something I've never experienced or seen. If anything the way some customers speak to the staff I consider to be rude. Hardly hear people saying thank you or please. Manners work both ways.”
