“My daughter loved this nursery (and I did too). She started at 1 and stayed through till age 4 attending the Pre-school. I feel this nursery is very child centred, always keen to meet individual needs (Unlike some of the larger corporate nurseries). The staff are caring and the staff turnover is low. Management provide excellent customer service and you can really tell this is a family run business and the people running the nursery care. They also cater excellently for dietary needs. I feel they go above and beyond and for the children. Lots of exciting and well thought out events. I would recommend this nursery to any new parent.”

“YOU GET FINED IF YOU DON'T ENTER YOUR CAR REG AT RECEPTION We got a parking fine for not entering our reg at reception, and a member of staff was amazing and got it revoked in 5 mins flat over the phone. Not impressed with the fine or the fact that they hide the parking notices - very sus - but it's a private company, not the pool staff. The centre itself is dated, yes, but it's a great public pool nonetheless. Has amazing baby change for our son and they even put pool toys and floats out for some sessions. Our little water baby loves it here and so does daddy.”

“The most nurturing dance school with exceptional training, exceptionally caring teachers and a standard of dance education that is second to non. So very thankful for all CPA do for my daughter and seeing how much she has flourished under their care, training and guidance during the past 3 years has been a joy to see. We travel quite a distance to attend CPA, but is worth every mile and cannot recommend enough. My daughter is now going onto attend the Classical Pathway Btec course at CPA and we are over the moon that this is an option for dancers leaving school wishing to consider a career within this industry. Central performing arts truly is a magical place where a child’s love of dance is inspired by teachers who really do have their best interests at heart, in addition to being industry professionals who have themselves worked or are still working/performing. “Helping Hands have been such a wonderful help for mum. Having a two person team means the job is done quickly and efficiently. The ladies have been friendly and helpful. Periodically the quality is checked at mums house and gives her confidence that she’s getting an excellent job. The administrative staff have been very flexible when we’ve had to change slots due to hospital appointments and that’s a big help to me. Thanks to everyone.”

“What a nursery! Willow Tree, the management and the team surpassed all expectations. Both our children went there, flourished and made lovely little friends. Having always been dubious of nurseries, we made the decision to move our little girl from a childminder to their pre-school so she could get used to a bigger group setting before starting school. Within a few weeks, we wished we’d made the change a lot sooner. She LOVED IT! When we had our second child, we had no hesitation about where he would go. Nancy the manager worked some magic to make sure we had the days we needed. It quickly became a home from home for our little boy. It soon became apparent that he had delayed speech and needed some extra support in that area. The team were so proactive and put a programme of one on one activities in place to help his development and made all the necessary referrals and kept us in the loop with rehaul at face to face meetings every step of the way. We can’t thank them enough for their guidance and support. They work hard to involve the parents in all the special occasions that crop up throughout the year, from Easter bonnet parades to Mother/ Fathers Day Walks. Just lovely! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Willow Tree Private Day Care Nursery if you’re considering options. They’re an absolutely smashing bunch and the happy little faces that greet you every time you open the door is a testament to that.”
