With Liz’s expert advice, magic hands and wisdom, in just a handful of sessions the pain and problem were no more. “Been coming here for a couple of years now. It’s a great setup and has absolutely everything you need with regards to health and well being. That said, what really makes this place shine isn’t the facilities, it’s the great bunch of staff who run the place!! They work tirelessly to pull it all together whether it being front of house to help with my random queries or just to say a pleasant hello or goodbye in passing, the PTs who run RIG; Robert, Jack, Joe, Ben (sorry if I missed anyone else out), and the various other sessions from spin to boxercise. My daughter all attends swimming lessons here too… special thanks to Dan for being a great teacher and so good (and patient!) with Charlotte in her growth and development. “I have suffered with a long term injury for several years, many therapists have claimed to be able to treat and solve this injury, however with no success. I was referred to Suzanne by a friend and I have to admit I was sceptical at first but my treatment has been explained to me in great detail where I have always been informed of my progression and the next stages which I will be completing in due course. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs treatment or feels their own treatment isn't progressing as it should. Excellent service.”

“I missed coming here. We booked to come for 11 o clock but surprisingly got here 40 min earlier. We were allowed to go early. Changing room was as I remember. It was clean. Toilets were somewhat clean. Can't fault the kids pool and jacuzzi tub. We couldn't sadly stay longer to use the big pool as we came early so needed to leave early. We had fantastic 40 min which flew by.”
