“As someone with curly hair, it's hard to find people who understand how to cut curls proper. Was pleased to find Melissa Timperly Salon where every stylist is trained and well versed in cutting and styling curly hair. Shauna took her time with me to understand my hair inspiration and what I was trying to achieve. Was kind and understanding that appointments elsewhere had left me with less than desirable outcomes. Was mindful to check in with me throughout appointment to ensure I was leaving with results I wanted. Very pleased with my hair color and the cut. Will definitely be back for Shauna again! Each member of staff was friendly and welcoming, building is secure, entire salon was bright and clean.”

We are so happy with the end result and will definitely be returning. Deborah explained everything she was doing and the reasons she was cutting in a particular way to create the desired look. This is the first time in along time I have felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience of having my hair cut. With most of them destroying my hair and crown. These guys nail what I wanted on the head and for the first time ever took photos so I can show others what I want if the barbers I had today isn't in the shop when I next come. A happy ending to this sad tale -- I found KINGS BRITISH BARBER SHOP, a REAL barber! A great cut, this man is a professional, confident no messing about knew exactly what to do, I am delighted with the cut the polite service, and the pensioner rate £££, not the 10 I have been paying.
