“My stay at the Townhouse Hotel Manchester was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was easy and fast, and the team made sure I felt comfortable right away. The room was clean, stylish, and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the modern bathroom and the little touches that made the space feel premium and inviting. The hotel’s atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, creating a perfect balance for both leisure and business travelers. The location is another huge highlight right in the heart of Manchester, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being in the city centre, the room was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, the Townhouse Hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, beautiful rooms, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.”

Liz and Shannon (from the two Manchester Selfridges stores) were very attentive - they have taken the time to understand my style and made personalized recommendations that perfectly matched my taste. “It’s the only place to get your hair cut. Mooresy is a bloody legend and is the stylist of the year. If you want a story ask him what he did 1990- 95 honestly it’s a great haircut but the customer service knocks it out of the park. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

The lovely Nicola has transformed my hair from dull and boring to absolutely gorgeous, I saw Lucy years ago for a trim and colour before my wedding but since then she has opened her own salon and was booked up for months because she is so amazing. She has an amazing team working with her and they are really the only people I would trust to colour my hair now, the results they produce are the absolute best!
