“We were so excited for our wedding flowers in the lead up to the wedding and they did not disappoint! All communication with Hollie running up to the day was a breeze, even when MOB and MOG couldn't decide what colours they wanted their corsages to be! Nothing was a problem. I've also never seen such an array of flower species all in one bundle before! Hollie also managed to source tulips, in August! (Dutch background, so this was incredible), which we never expected to be possible. Hollie was with us bright and early on the day, gave clear instructions, and set up the venue perfectly. With that being said,… This establishment is made with love, passion, blood, sweat, and determination that came from its owner, Jori Lakars, aka Hott Mama, aka The Mama who always gave herself goals and standards that benefited the world to the fullest and implemented the highest standards possible. A quick glance at her path shows that she has been successful in the industry well known in a way that the number of 5 reviews or social media followers will not reflect. I met her personally only once before she moved to England about 17 years ago. She was working in a popular tattoo shop in Wicker Park that I won’t name. ( if you know, you know) the had long ravenous hair and substantially fewer tattoos. Although I had met many women who were in the industry, few were celebrated by their peers. The shop posted a large banner in the front window that said ‘we have a female tattoo artist.’ I had never seen that before even in a liberal city like Chicago. Soon after that, every shop in the area had at least one ‘female.’ She went on to work at many of the best rated shops and worked on the best artists in the business as clients. When she moved, we were sad yet proud to see that she was following her passion overseas. She would wonder up one of the top artists anywhere she worked. She finally got her own place and put every ounce of work into it. Sadly, she had just acquired two young brilliant talents just recently. A couple of weeks ago, she passed away in a car accident without any warning. I t is a shock that she is gone and her energy is eternally resting. I have known her half of my life and I have never known anyone like her. A true inspiration and individual person who is driven to create. If you are lucky enough to have had a moment with her, you know what I mean. Love to her local community from Chicago. We were all lucky enough to be together for as long as we could,…… Cheers to Jori.”

“Odin’s Eye Tattoo Collective is the best tattoo studio in Bury. The studio has such a good vibe about it, all 3 of the guys, Sween, Tony and Louis work really well together as a team, you can definitely feel the love the studio! I ’ve had a couple of tattoos there with Louis. His attention to detail and process is amazing and he takes real pride his work. Would 100% recommend Louis and the team at Odin’s Eye”

I’m really glad I came because Khuram (owner) was very attentive and took time out to find the items I needed. When I needed to exchange an item, he was really nice about it. “I'm not local, I was visiting family and couldn't handle the state my hair was in any longer (growing out an undercut, fine hair)! They don't do dry cuts, but my wet cut was affordable and quick - the person who did the shampoo was great. The hair dresser knew exactly how to save my hair and try and make my thin fine mess look thicker. I'm not much of a talker at the hairdressers (too much else going on, loud hair dryers) but they were friendly and we had a bit of a chat. Got offered a drink when I arrived, there's a coat hook, your hair gets washed in a different room, which I liked, and it's cash only. I'm so happy with my haircut.”

Shabnam was patient and listened to what I needed, from listening to my concerns about having time to maintain the style requested as I’m a busy mum with young children to keeping it healthy, was blown away with the finished style .
