She was absolutely delightful and couldn’t do enough for Mum and I. She helped me select some new products whilst making up my eyes for me. She really is a credit to your store. And Mum and I will definitely be returning to store to visit the lovely Savannah. She really made our day and was so helpful and informative on all the products and how to apply them. “Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ‘Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ☺️’. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ☺️”

“Nicely layed out and enough space to walk around freely without having to feel like the shop is trying to bombard you with 50 thousand different options of clothing at every turn. The staff were helpful and the shop was clean and smelt nice. It was a good shopping experience. Quite a large area for something so far away from the city centre.”

“I cannot express how high the service was that myself and friend found yesterday. We were looking for a specific heel and colour shoe for a wedding outfit and every one of the staff couldn't of been more helpful. They went above and beyond! Within minutes of finding a perfect shoe and matching bag to unfortunately not having her size to next minute having an alternative style and her size in minutes. The mgr/assistant mgr asked to see the dress and then she was off round the store! Another assistant was in the back looking for anymore styles for my friend. Honestly well done to all the staff on Thursday 30/03/17 at the Bolton market place New Look. You made a lady smile and we both felt like you all were our personal shoppers! You were amazing! Thank you.”

“A shout out for the retail customer service staff in New Look, Warrington. Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn’t go out of her way enough for me… the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued. I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn’t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day. Thankful.”
