The other ladies working there were lovely too and kept everyone chatting. They offer loads of other services, such a lovely salon. Just one tip, it was cash only when I went so check before going, not a problem I just hadn't thought to check before.”

“My son has been been going to this hairdressers since he was a little boy - he’s now 17. He’s very anxious, and gets quite upset in spaces that are not familiar. “Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ‘Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ☺️’. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ☺️”
