“Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

“Had a lovely meal, the chef even offered to make something not in the current menu, after there wasn’t a great deal of choice for a vegan diner. “What an absolute gem of a place, huge place filled with all sorts of wonderful bits and pieces. Two floors of excellent quality good sturdy furniture. If you find a piece but its not quite the right colour have a chat with them and they see what they can do to lighten/darken it to suit you. Excellent find lovely place. even lovelier people that run the place (so sorry My memory is shocking when it comes to names) nothing it to much for them. Will be back when me and the other half get our house”
