“I have been a patient in Ward 12 and underwent gallstone removal surgery. From the very beginning, all members of staff made me feel extremely welcome. The nurses were very polite and explained each step of the surgical procedure clearly. They checked on me regularly—monitoring my blood pressure and overall well-being. Their support and kindness helped me feel calm and relaxed throughout. The anaesthesiologist was friendly and thoroughly explained his role in the procedure, which made me feel even more reassured. The surgeon was precise, professional, and very supportive. The food service was brilliant, and the overall level of care and respect was exceptional. I truly appreciated the high standard of professionalism and culture throughout my stay.”

“Reliable, also a good feature, is if u think "where the hell is it" u can ring and an automated voice tells you where it is and what car to look out for. Much better than a wait for someone to answer. Quick and efficient booking aswell. Not kept waiting long on the phone overall. Helpfull staff on the phone. The drivers are alway friendly and helpful. Willing to help me get in the house with my wheelchair (as there are steps), without being asked every time. Even thought I turn the help down, as I can manage that part. They always wait to make sure I get in the house ok. Much appreciated to all of you that make it a pleasant experiance”
