“Today I purchased a bracelet from The Arcade Shopping Centre, Ashton U Lyne. I was greeted cheerfully by a lovely young man. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The way he presented the goods helped me decide on my purchase. It wasn’t expensive but I felt it didn’t matter if I was spending a few pounds or a few thousand pound I was still treated like a valued customer. I would just like to say well done with your choice of staff. Good luck to this young man with his future career. The bracelet was worth every penny.”

“A shout out for the retail customer service staff in New Look, Warrington. Bought shoes last week and the lady couldn’t go out of her way enough for me… the same must be said downstairs where I went to pay. Plus by having a bit of a laugh along the way made me feel even more valued. I also telephoned today to enquire about a clothing item and whilst they didn’t have what I was looking for, the lady was very helpful, courteous and ended by wishing me a lovely day. Thankful.”

“Hannah is an incredible tattooist, not only is her work amazing but she makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. I've a lot of tattoos and I've now had a few done by Hannah and I always get compliments on them! I definitely won't be going to anybody else I will follow her near and far. Highly recommended.”
