“As a man about to turn 40 I would describe this as a modern style barbers (where the quality of cut is Salon standard) but with the great community feel that you used to get in the old shops I remember as a kid (the ones everyone went to). They're friendly, kind. I see a lot of parents taking their boys there ages 7 and up so they must be pretty good that that. I've been going there since lockdown and I've rarely stayed with 1 barbers so long. Olly (owner) or Ollie K, you get a great cut and a nice chat.”

Every time she’s been elsewhere I’ve not been happy with her groom as she’s a bichon, so I was nervous but when I saw her I nearly cried with happiness! I’ve never seen her with a cut this PERFECT!! She looks like a totally different dog! We are all in love with the way she’s been groomed! She was incredibly clean & smelt absolutely gorgeous! This is where we are here to stay for the future! “I would like to thank Dexter's for advice - we have a young rescue cat who has been hungry all the time, even straight after food, waking up very early. The lady at Dexter's was so helpful, explaining that the food we were providing was not satisfying enough. We tried the recommended food and the difference has been amazing. She is more relaxed, playful and not demanding food all the time. She sleeps all night which is a huge bonus. Please visit for food, toys and advice.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews however, this true act of kindness by the Salon Owner and her staff has meant the world to me and my daughters. I was hospitalised due to pneumonia, my daughter had braids in her hair from holiday and lots had fell out, she was devastated. My mum tried several hairdressers and finally went to Prestige. Jo and a colleague replaited my daughter’s hair immediately and even gave her replacement bobbles, when mum offered to pay they politely refused to accept anything. My daughters were upset that I wasn’t at home and this act of sheer kindness is beyond words. I actually am a customer of prestige however had not had extensions for some time (when I did they were amazing). However, the staff didn’t realise it was my daughter which is even more heartwarming thank you Jo and Team keep up the incredible work xx”
